With the foreknown release 1.2 service-based KPIs have been introduced to retrieve e.g. billing quotes, average hourly rates on various levels. Furthermore a new start page provide a first "Quick Access" widget and we built the foundation for a user group based authorization for business objects.

When transferring working times to service entries, there are many situations in which a decision is required.
