With the current foreknown release 2.10, we have once again significantly simplified the invoicing process, including the sending of invoices and activity reports via e-mail, so that only a few clicks are required to create and send invoices with activity reports securely and consistently.

Release 2.10 of foreknown significantly simplifies the creation of offers, orders and, in particular, invoices and activity reports. In addition, all documents can now be sent directly from foreknown to customers by e-mail. Extended standard settings and the newly introduced invoicing profiles provide many configuration options, also per customer.

With the 2.9 release of foreknown, default settings can be defined for the invoice assistant in order to generate invoices faster and with custom names. Furthermore, the transfer of over-/undertime and remaining vacation for HR and team managers has been simplified.

With the minor release 2.8.2, the company profile has been expanded to include a second bank account and tax number and bugs in the invoice assistant, additional services and the Jira plug-in have been fixed.

With the company profile, Release 2.8.1 provides a significant simplification for individual templates (offers, orders, invoices, activity reports) and now also enables the maintenance of SMTP servers as preparation for the direct dispatch of documents from foreknown via e-mail.

With the foreknown 2.8 release, we are providing a number of new options for designing activity reports, integrating them into invoices or outputting them as separate PDF documents. This article introduces you to all the new features relating to the design and creation of activity reports.

The latest foreknown Release 2.8 provides a number of improvements in the creation of invoices and associated activity reports. For example, activity reports can now be output directly as a separate PDF or integrated in the invoice document. Furthermore, the terms of payment have been extended so that conditions for cash discounts can be stored and output in the invoice template.

In addition to minor bug fixes, minor release 2.7.1 provides a new grouping option for the billing of additional services.

Release 2.7 provides minor improvements in the display and filtering of invoices, in the display of absence times and some bug fixes.

The release 2.6 provides the management of articles, article groups, and custom units for the use in "Other Positions" of offers and orders.
