A new version 1.1.0 of foreknown has been released. Below you can find all the details that have been provided with this version:
New features
The following new features have been implemented in foreknown:
- (FKE-47) Dependencies of status models of working hours, service entries, offers, orders checked and completed. This results in some adjustments:
- Service entries can now also have the status "Fixed price" if they have been assigned to a fixed price item. Service entries get the status "Internal" if they are assigned to an internal order or a non-billable order item. (see documentation)
- A working time is given the status "Locked" if the associated service entrie has been billed and can then no longer be changed. (see documentation)
- The configuration for billing limit and reporting options have been removed from the quote and can now only be maintained in the order for order and service positions via separate configuration dialogs. Changes to this configuration no longer require a new order version. (see documentation)
- Rounding rules and more limit settings have been added to the configuration. (see documentation)
- The service transfer now displays all errors / notes that can occur during the transfer of working times. (see documentation)
- (FKE-17) Filtered services can be exported to Excel via a new action "Export service entries" by selecting a template of type "Service entry export". The template can be customized based on defined placeholders. (see documentation)
Changes
The following existing functions have been changed in foreknown:
- (FKE-36) In the "Service Entries" and "Service Transfer" dialogs, customer and order information is now included in the listing and links to the corresponding detail pages are provided.
Bug fixes
The following bugs have been fixed:
- (FKE-70) After canceling an invoice, the underlying services are now also reset to "NEW" status.
- (FKE-30) The creation of users from the "Create employee" dialog is now possible again.
