In order to monitor the success of a company or of orders, key performance indicators (KPIs) should be easily accessible on the basis of service entries created.

With the foreknown release 1.2 service-based KPIs have been introduced to retrieve e.g. billing quotes, average hourly rates on various levels. Furthermore a new start page provide a first "Quick Access" widget and we built the foundation for a user group based authorization for business objects.

Version 1.1.1 of foreknown is a minor release. With this version, the filtering options of services are improved. Furthermore, the application is now also available in English.

Version 1.1.0 of foreknown is out. Read all about the new features and enhancements (like the Excel export of service entries or the configuration of rounding rules and limits on order and service positions) and bug fixes of this new version.
